Our owner, Rob Nevitt, was born and raised in Perry, Iowa, and brings almost 25 years of hands-on construction experience to every project. This deep local knowledge, combined with our partnership with Lester Buildings, gives our clients the perfect combination of community expertise and proven engineering excellence.
